Abstract: In the following research work was carried out to determine the effect of profitability in the commercial management of the seafood packing companies "Mar Delicias" in the city of Manta, since these activities are key to achieve the commercial objectives and generate income. This research project was based on a methodology of quantitative approach and descriptive scope and correlation, in which with the review of different scientific articles related to the study variables, the questionnaire of the survey structured with Likert scale was elaborated and this was applied to 40 workers to obtain direct information of those involved. Then, their respective data analysis was carried out to determine if there is a correlation between these variables as a result that there is the influence between the variables (commercial management and profitability) and in the same way, there is a positive correlation between their dimensions. However, it must be improved in certain key aspects to achieve a better profitability in its commercial management. Concluding in this way that, on the one hand, interpersonal relationships are key to the company and that organizational behavior is linked to interpersonal relationships, on them depends their success or failure. Based on the results, improvement actions are proposed to optimize correct effective administration and achieve high performance as an organization.
Description: En el siguiente trabajo investigativo fue realizado para determinar el efecto de rentabilidad en la gestión comercial de las empresas empacadoras de mariscos “Mar Delicias” en la ciudad de Manta, puesto que estas actividades son claves para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales y generar ingresos. Este proyecto investigativo se fundamentó en una metodología de enfoque cuantitativo y de alcance descriptivo y correlación, en la cual con la revisión de distintos artículos científicos relacionado a las variables de estudio, se elaboró el cuestionario de la encuesta estructuradas con escala Likert y esta se la aplicó a 40 trabajadores para obtener información directa de los implicados.
