Abstract: | Enllantadora Guayas can implement innovative technologies and train its staff knowing that this represents a cost, but in the end it is an investment. This investment is divided into software, hardware and basic tools, and for training personnel in new technologies and automotive repair techniques. Full implementation of the plan is estimated to take around 16 weeks. The process will be divided into four phases: evaluation and planning, acquisition and installation of technologies, staff training, and implementation and monitoring. To ensure the success of the project, it is recommended to appoint a person in charge with technical, management and leadership skills. In this example, two options are presented: Jorge Racines (Operations Manager) or (External Consultant). The implementation of innovative technologies and staff training at Enllantadora Guayas represents a strategic investment that can generate a significant impact on operational efficiency, service quality and customer satisfaction. By following the proposed plan, and an implementation period of 16 weeks, Enllantadora Guayas can position itself as a leading workshop in the market, capable of offering high quality services and an exceptional experience to its customers. It is important to highlight that the success of the project will depend on the appropriate selection of the person in charge, the active participation of the staff and the commitment of management to support the initiative. With careful planning, effective execution and constant monitoring, Enllantadora Guayas can achieve its objectives and consolidate its position in the automotive market. Investing in technology and training is investing in the future of Enllantadora Guayas! |
Description: | Enllantadora Guayas puede implementar tecnologías innovadoras y capacitar a su personal sabiendo que esto representa un costo, pero al final es una inversión. Esta inversión se divide en software, hardware y herramientas básicas, y para la formación del personal en nuevas tecnologías y técnicas de reparación automotriz. Se estima que la implementación completa del plan tomará alrededor de 16 semanas. El proceso se dividirá en cuatro fases: evaluación y planificación, adquisición e instalación de tecnologías, capacitación del personal, e implementación y monitoreo. |
