La inteligencia emocional y su influencia en la satisfacción laboral de las mujeres en el GAD Montecristi, 2023.

Abstract

The present research develops the theme of Emotional Intelligence as a factor that can influence the work performance of women public servants of the GAD Montecristi, 2023, its objective is to determine this relationship of influence. For this purpose, a correlational study was developed by applying data collection techniques such as a survey and processing the results in SPSS STATISTIC. The study has a broad theoretical base that was developed seeking to find the link and relationship as well as the effects of emotional intelligence on the behavior of individuals, especially women. Finally, a correlational statistical analysis of hypothesis testing was carried out according to the Rho Spearman method, which provided results that the variable keys.
