Abstract: The objective of the research work was to analyze whether administrative management is a strategy for the strengthening of human talent in the "María Luisa Izquierdo" educational unit in the city of Manta. The problem of educational units when they want to implement strategies to strengthen human talent entails several challenges; limited resources, they do not have financial resources for the implementation of effective programs for the development of human talent, resistance to change, lack of time, the teacher often has very heavy workloads, and this prevents the dedication of time for the development of human talent and the lack of institutional support. Facing these challenges will require a comprehensive approach, this will involve the allocation of adequate resources, training of personnel, fostering a culture of change and the creation of an environment that supports innovation and the development of human talent in all areas of the educational institution, the study population is made up of the director and teachers of the educational campus being 18 in total. Among the materials and methods used to obtain the results are the questionnaire structured under the Likert scale, Excel and SPSS 29.0. the type of quantitative and correlational research of non-experimental design, among the results obtained were, lack of leadership, lack of a supervisory system, lack of opportunities, which led to accept the alternative hypothesis and develop an action plan where these deficiencies are solved in order to improve their capacity to strengthen human talent and create an environment that fosters growth and success both in The implementation of the proposed action plan includes specific strategies to improve planning, organization, direction and control within the administrative management of the educational unit. These strategies focus on improving internal communication, providing opportunities for continuous professional development, establishing effective monitoring and evaluation systems, and fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment, in conclusion, the research demonstrates that administrative management is fundamental for the development of human talent in educational institutions, and that through a strategic and well-structured approach, It is possible to overcome challenges and significantly improve the educational environment and outcomes for both teachers and students.
Description: El objetivo del trabajo de investigación fue analizar si la gestión administrativa es una estrategia para el fortalecimiento del talento humano en la unidad educativa fiscal “María Luisa Izquierdo” de la cuidad de Manta. El problema de las unidades educativas al querer implementar estrategias para fortalecer el talento humano conlleva a varios desafíos; recursos limitados, están no cuentan con recursos financieros para la implementación de programas efectivos para el desarrollo del talento humano, resistencia al cambio, falta de tiempo, el docente a menudo tiene cargas de trabajo muy pesadas, y esto impide la dedicación de tiempo para el desarrollo del talento humano y la falta de apoyo institucional.
