The main objective was to evaluate how CSR practices influence the level of employee commitment, considering dimensions such as work practices, internal and external behavior, environmental care and economic development. A mixed methodological approach was used, combining exploratory, descriptive and field research. Data were collected through employee surveys and analyzed using SPSS IBM software. The results revealed a positive perception of CSR by employees, who value fair labor practices, ethical behavior, contribution to social development and environmental care. It was concluded that the implementation of CSR has a positive impact on employee commitment, fostering a positive work environment, improving motivation and work performance. Based on these findings, a CSR training program was proposed to strengthen employees' understanding of the importance of social responsibility and its integration into the daily activities of the cooperative.
