Abstract: The project included the creation of an online business dedicated to the sale of women's sportswear in the city of Manta, Ecuador. It specifically targets female athletes between the ages of 15 and 45, where it seeks comfort and modern design, prioritizing product quality over price. Its value proposition is based on offering a wide range of high-quality sportswear that combines functionality and emotional experience. The business has been developed in a digital context, leveraging e-commerce and social media as sales and promotion channels. The e-commerce platform will serve as the main point of contact with customers, providing a comfortable and safe shopping experience. There are also plans to partner with local influencers to increase brand awareness and reach a wider audience. From a financial standpoint, in addition to the working capital needed to run the business, an initial investment is also required to cover fixed and deferred costs. The analysis carried out shows that the project is profitable, with a positive net present value (NPV) and a favorable internal rate of return (IRR). This suggests that the initial investment will generate substantial returns over time, making the project financially attractive to investors. To maximize business success, it is recommended to implement a digital marketing strategy aimed at the target audience, highlighting the quality and diversity of our products. In addition, it is recommended to continuously monitor market trends and customer preferences to continually adjust our offerings. In summary, the project presents a solid opportunity in a growing market, supported by a well-structured business model and favorable financial analysis.
Description: El proyecto incluyó la creación de un negocio en línea dedicado a la venta de ropa deportiva femenina en la ciudad de Manta, Ecuador. Se dirige específicamente a mujeres deportistas de entre 15 y 45 años, donde busca la comodidad y el diseño moderno, que priorizan la calidad del producto sobre el precio. Su propuesta de valor se basa en ofrecer una amplia gama de ropa deportiva de alta calidad que combina la funcionalidad y la experiencia emocional. El negocio se ha desarrollado en un contexto digital, aprovechando el comercio electrónico y las redes sociales como canales de venta y promoción. La plataforma de comercio electrónico servirá como principal punto de contacto con los clientes, brindando una experiencia de compra cómoda y segura. También hay planes para asociarse con personas influyentes locales para aumentar el conocimiento de la marca y llegar a una audiencia más amplia.
