Abstract: The study aimed to assess the organizational climate at VIDRIERIA RAFAEL and its impact on the internal development of employees. Inductive and deductive methods were employed, utilizing a structured survey within the company to evaluate dimensions such as internal communication, clarity in roles and responsibilities, recognition and rewards, working conditions, and leadership. The results revealed a divided perception among employees regarding these key aspects. Concerning internal communication, there was a lack of consensus on its effectiveness in transmitting organizational goals, with a notable percentage in disagreement. Similarly, clarity in roles and responsibilities was a point of contention, with a significant portion expressing dissatisfaction. In conclusion, the study underscores the importance of implementing substantial improvements in internal communication, role clarity, recognition programs, and working conditions at VIDRIERIA RAFAEL. These measures not only have the potential to enhance organizational climate but also to foster overall employee development and satisfaction, crucial for the company's success and competitiveness in the current market.
Description: El estudio tuvo como objetivo general comprobar el clima organizacional en VIDRIERÍA RAFAEL y su impacto en el desarrollo de los trabajadores internos. Para ello, se utilizó los métodos inductivos y deductivos, se aplicó dentro de la empresa una encuesta estructurada, donde se evaluaron diversas dimensiones como comunicación interna, claridad en funciones y responsabilidades, reconocimiento y recompensas, condiciones laborales y liderazgo.
