Abstract: Hydraulic systems transfer power by feeding a hydraulic fluid from one closed container with variable displacement to another closed container. As determined in the main objective, this project is based on the design and construction of a hydraulic test bench, which allows testing of pistons and pumps of up to 5 tons since they are easy to find, build and inexpensive. cost. Therefore, two types of hydraulic equipment were taken as reference, a single-acting cylinder and a hydraulic pump, which are sufficient to carry out the experimental practice. The hydraulic system in the following test bench has many complex components that must function efficiently for the system to function. Keeping each set in good working order requires a regular maintenance routine. During the tests carried out, all the necessary simulations were carried out to verify that the equipment was operational. In the electrical part, the thermal control was tested, and it was also verified that there was no voltage or amperage overload. Regarding the hydraulic system, a visual inspection was carried out to rule out any hydraulic oil leaks.
Description: Los sistemas hidráulicos transfieren potencia alimentando un fluido hidráulico desde un recipiente cerrado con desplazamiento variable a otro recipiente cerrado. El objetivo principal de este proyecto se basa en el diseño y construcción de un banco de pruebas hidráulico, que permita realizar ensayos de pistones y bombas de hasta 5 toneladas ya que en el medio son fáciles de encontrar, construir y de bajo costo.
