Abstract: | Throughout history, human beings have had to combat with an extensive variety of diseases, many of which are caused by microorganisms pathogens that cause serious conditions, health sciences, including nursing, They adopt the main role in the management of these pathologies to obtain the well-being of each one. of the patients, one of these infections is intestinal parasitosis, which is classified as one of the most common in human beings, especially in children, being the most affected with adverse consequences for their normal growth and development, for this reason the One of the objectives of this work is to evaluate the prevalence of intestinal parasitism in the child population under 5 years of age. WHO (World Health Organization, 2021). A quarter of the world's population is currently affected by parasites intestines, which represents a serious social and public health problem due to the high morbidity mortality for which they are responsible throughout the world, which can harm development economic of a country and the quality of life of its members. Description: | A lo largo de historia, los seres humanos han tenido que combatir con una extensa variedad de enfermedades, muchas de las cuales son provocadas por microorganismos patógenos que causan afecciones graves, las ciencias de la salud, entre ellas la enfermería, adoptan el rol principal en el manejo de dichas patologías para obtener el bienestar de cada uno de los paciente, una de estas infecciones son, la parasitosis intestinal, misma que es catalogada como una de las más comunes en los seres humanos, especialmente en los niños, siendo los más afectados con secuelas adversas para su normal crecimiento y desarrollo, por esta razón el presente trabajo tiene como uno de los objetivos evaluar la prevalencia de parasitismo intestinal en la población infantil menor a 5 años. OMS (Organización Mundial de la Salud, 2021). |
