Abstract: | The present research is related to nursing intervention through physical exercise in the prevention of Type II Diabetes Mellitus, taking into account that diabetes is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by high levels of blood glucose, which over time It leads to serious damage to the heart, blood vessels, kidneys and nerves. The main objective was to identify, through a bibliographic review, the impact of nursing intervention through physical exercise in the prevention of type II type 2 diabetes. To achieve this, the literature review methodology was used. The data was obtained from scientific journals such as Scielo, Dialnet, Medigraphic, Redalyc, RECIAMUC and SLD, among others. The result was that the years with the most publications were 2022 with 43%, followed by 2023 with 28%, referring to analyzing what actions nursing staff should carry out through physical exercise in the prevention of diabetes mellitus. type 2, are, encourages change in lifestyle habits, and receiving support and encouragement from nurses with 28%, likewise according to the prevention of type 2 diabetes mellitus through physical exercise, it was found that 28% They refer to healthy eating, 35% regular and controlled physical activity. In conclusion, nursing staff play an essential role in the prevention of type 2 diabetes mellitus through physical exercise; key actions include continued education on the importance of exercise, the creation of personalized physical activity programs, and the Regular follow-up to motivate and support patients in their adherence. |
