Abstract: Identify the most common oral manifestations caused by child abuse. Methodology: A systematic review was carried out with the application of descriptive methods either through journals and scientific articles. Results: Physical abuse is present in 20% of cases where child abuse has occurred and approximately between 50 and 75% of the injuries are found in the orofacial region, with the lips being the most common area where injuries appear. Caries is the most common disease in children who are victims of neglect, with a frequency of occurrence between 41 and 87.9%. Children who have experienced psychological abuse are 15.4% more likely to clench their teeth due to the stress they are subjected to. Conclusions: Depending on the type of abuse suffered by the child, we can observe different injuries, with physical abuse causing the most visible injuries in the oral cavity, appearing in 31% of cases where lacerations of the labial frenulum, dental fractures, and hematomas are The most common, in cases of negligence, caries and periodontal problems are the most frequent injuries in children who are victims of M.I. , when the child has suffered psychological abuse we can find visible lesions and if the abuse was of a sexual nature it is very unlikely to find pathognomonic lesions in the oral cavity.
