Abstract: Domestic violence, according to the Law to Prevent, Punish and Eradicate Domestic Violence, is the harm suffered by a person, whether physical, sexual, and/or psychological within a family nucleus. All these types of actions imply the affectation of the welfare of the family, as well as, the values already instilled in our children, such as, for example: respect for life, physical and moral integrity, etc. Article 81 of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador. Also in article 155 of the Integral Organic Penal Code. The types of domestic violence and its characteristics: 1.Physical violence includes: Kicks, blows, slaps and pushes, etc. 2.Psychological violence includes: swearing, threats, confinement, ridicule, debts, etc. 3. Sexual violence includes: child violence, partner abuse, violence against the elderly and violence against people with disabilities. The types of organizations in the city of Manta that protect the violated rights presented in domestic violence are the following: 1. Judicial Units. 2. Attorney General's Office. 3. Cantonal Board for the rotection of Human Rights in Manta. 4.Political tenure. 5.Manta River Foundation.
Description: La Violencia intrafamiliar, según lo plasmado en la Ley para Prevenir, Sancionar y Erradicar la Violencia Intrafamiliar, es el daño que sufre una persona, ya sea de manera física, sexual, y/o psicológica dentro de un núcleo familiar.
