Importancia de la responsabilidad social empresarial de la empresa conservas Isabel S.A ubicada en el cantón Manta.

Abstract

In the present research work, an analysis of Social Responsibility was carried out to determine if the company Conservas Isabel S.A of the Manta Canton has efficiently implemented a CSR model that allows it to start the path towards sustainable development, where for the application of the questionnaire The INCAE Indicator Guide (Central American Institute of Business Administration) was used, which includes Social Responsibility indicators based on best practices and international standards. For the analysis of results, the categorization of the Association of Christian Entrepreneurs was taken as a reference ( ADEC)-Paraguay participating organization of the Guide. This documentary-quantitative-descriptive research aims to improve the Social Responsibility management of the company Conservas Isabel S.A of the Manta canton, where coordination is expressed strategically according to the applicable context. The results obtained reflect that the Organization has certain CSR practices within the framework of the obligations and compliance with its business mandates, for which the Implementation of actions for the progress of Corporate Social Responsibility in the company Conservas Isabel is presented as a proposal. S.A of the Manta canton.
