Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un centro recreativo en el cantón Jaramijó.

Abstract

In the present work the process for the feasibility of a recreation center in the canton of Jaramijó was successfully developed. The general objective of the project was to determine the feasibility of implementing a recreation center in the Jaramijó canton, located in the province of Manabí. To obtain the feasibility of the project, a market, technical and financial study was carried out, which favored the personalization of the demand of the canton, productive capacity and economic-financial analysis to install the company. The methodology implemented was quantitative, with a descriptive approach, the means of obtaining data are based on documentary and field, that is, through secondary and primary sources. The main results generated by the survey indicate that the population does require a recreation center for them and their children, and that it is affordable for the consumer. It can be concluded that there are currently many market studies that have helped the entrepreneur to make decisions on the execution of projects and new businesses, which is why it has been important to carry out this feasibility analysis. It is recommended to continue carrying out market studies in order to have a sustainable vision among the ventures with market acceptance.
