Abstract

This project consists of a study to determine the feasibility of creating a tourism agency which provides online services when located in the city of Manta. The content of this project is an inclination to improve the current economy of the Manta sector, through a project based on the resources offered by the city of Manta. The implementation of a tourist guide agency can be a very successful resource within the fishing port environment. The objective of this project is to propose new improvements to tourism, offering a quality and profitable service for its hosts, however, the objective has a much larger vision, it is to achieve the best quality in services that it can offer compared to others. that provide that service. Tourism is one of the strong potentials of the Manta sector, which is why, based on a specialized service in this range, it can generate a lot of growth in the most attractive areas of the city, as long as policies are preserved and care for the environment, since it is also a priority of the tourist service that is being considered in this project.
