Abstract

This entrepreneurial work entitled: "CREATION OF A COMPANY DEDICATED TO THE ELABORATION AND COMMERCIALIZATION OF CHARCOAL SHEATH IN DIFFERENT PRESENTATIONS TO BE LOCATED IN THE CITY OF MANTA", is planned as a guide that contributes and contributes to socioeconomic development and allows meet the existing demand in the coal industry. The profitability of this project was demonstrated through applied business aspects such as: the market study, the technical study, the organizational study and the financial evaluation, which projected the viability that it proposes. Below is detailed feedback on the content proposed by the report: In the first place, the problem statement was raised and the specific problems were formulated, helping to project an approach in the vision that reflected the acceptance and viability of the project, the methodology and the investigative techniques implemented were determined, which allowed an analysis of the problem planted. The application of the different research methods helped to determine the needs and demands of the population of the city of Manta and regarding coal, ending with a market analysis based on surveys given to potential customers. Finally, conclusions and recommendations were formulated to provide reinforcement according to the results given by the investigation.
