Diagnóstico del Clima Organizacional en el área administrativa del Aeropuerto Internacional Eloy Alfaro de Manta.

Abstract

The present research project entitled "Diagnosis of the organizational climate in the administrative area of the Eloy Alfaro International Airport in Manta" had the general objective of analyzing the influence of the organizational climate in the administrative area of this institution. For this project, a descriptive, field methodology was obtained, with a qualitative and quantitative approach, the study design was non-experimental, the study population and sample consisted of 12 people. The techniques used were the interview with the administrator and the survey directed at the workers, which responded to the dimensions of leadership, teamwork and motivation. With the results of this investigation it was possible to determine that the general hypothesis was fulfilled and as an alternative solution to the problem, different strategies can be applied that can improve the organizational climate in the administrative area of the Eloy Alfaro International Airport in Manta.
