Abstract

The objective of this project is to determine the feasibility of a business model to be applied in the Commercial "Champions", located in the canton of El Carmen, to improve the conditions of the company, with an organized and easy-to-use structure. applicability, and in this way generate economic benefits, but not only for the Commercial Champions, with this several small businesses and artisans, contributing to society and the economic development of the local environment. Through interviews with clients and the administrative head of the business, in addition to field observation, the problem was established, in the same way the deficiencies that it presents, which is why it allows to propose a business model that presents improvements for the commercial, starting from an organizational structure, proposal of new strategies, financial economic improvements. Although the business presents an unfavorable situation in sales compared to other periods, despite this the value proposition details making sales virtually offering agreements with mechanics, which will increase the volume of sales for later to analyze the prices and profit margins that are favorable to the business and customers. The value proposition was developed under the canvas methodology, both organizational and economic, in which positive results are shown, considering the investment and the projections made over 5 years, this business model is concluded, with favorable economic viability, structurally organized, in addition to the conclusions and recommendation.
