Abstract

The research "Tics and its impact on online sales in the local Lisbeth Kids novelties in the new Tarqui in the city of Manta in the year 2021" aimed to determine the lack of application of Tics in the local children's clothing in Lisbeth Kids Novelties located in Manta in the New Tarqui in the year 2021. For which the methodology used is exploratory and descriptive, also used as a research technique: the survey, using the dichotomous model which had 10 questions supported by the dimensions of the variables tics and online sales; where characteristics related to: innovation, reliability, increased competitiveness, cost reduction. Considering that the finite universe is 37, the sample size is 37 customers who regularly go to the store Novedades Lisbeth Kids located in Nuevo Tarqui in the city of Manta. The results of the analysis of the survey developed helped to identify the lack of application of ICTs in the children's clothing store Novedades Lisbeth Kids located in Manta in Nuevo Tarqui in the year 2021. At the same time, considering the results obtained in the survey, the proposal is presented with its respective conclusions and recommendations.
