Abstract

The business plan shows that a high percentage of entrepreneurs in the city of Manta do not have completed administrative studies, which results in their activities in the company being carried out empirically. The following investigative work is developed for the study of the creation of an organizational management services company for consulting and support to promote ideas or business projects executed and to be executed, training and advising entrepreneurs in different areas with the realization of tasks in the financial, administrative, marketing, legal and social areas.
