Plan de mejoramiento interno en la prestación del servicio que brinda la empresa accesorios “el colorado” de la ciudad de Manta.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to design an internal improvement plan to optimize the service provided by the company Accesorios "El Colorado" in the city of Manta. The methodology was framed in the type of descriptive research with transversal cut under a population of 30 workers of the company Accesorios "El Colorado" who were evaluated through a survey of 25 questions with a Likert-type scale and an unstructured interview. The results revealed that the five dimensions are in an ideal state in the company; thus, the tangible elements, reliability, responsiveness, safety and empathy showed a high acceptance, however, it is necessary to implement improvements for the proper functioning of the company. This research concludes that it is essential to implement an improvement plan for the service offered by the company.
