Abstract: | The following research has the objective of analyzing the internal factors that influence the work performance of the workers of the company “Placacacentro Masisa Disalme” in the city of Manta, in the period 2020. Currently work performance part for the performance and achievement of the objectives of the organization, to this we must add that in the period 2020 arises the health crisis by Covid-19 that has affected organizations, thus the problem of how they influence the performance of activities, communication, needs, motivation, objective, roles, integration, collaboration, leadership, innovation, change, working conditions, productivity, quality, results, job satisfaction and self-evaluation. This research has a descriptive, non-experimental scope and as an instrument, two types of surveys were applied to the collaborators of the administrative and production areas, made up of 28 and 29 items divided into 10 dimensions, and was applied to the company Placacentro located in the city of Manta. Among the results obtained, it was found that the factors that influence work performance are communication, needs, motivation, integration, collaboration, leadership, innovation, change. It is concluded that the company should strengthen each of the factors mentioned above to ensure a workplace according to the needs od each employee. |
Description: | La siguiente investigación tiene el objetivo de analizar los factores internos que influyen en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la empresa “Placacentro Masisa Disalme” en la ciudad de Manta, en el periodo 2020, Actualmente el desempeño laboral se ha convertido en parte fundamental para el rendimiento y logro de los objetivos de la organización, a esto hay que agregarles que en el periodo 2020 surge la crisis sanitaria por Covid-19 que ha afectado a las organizaciones, de esta manera surge la problemática de como influyen en el desempeño de las actividades, la comunicación, necesidades, motivación, objetivos, roles, integración y colaboración, liderazgo, innovación y cambio, condiciones de trabajo, productividad, calidad, resultados, satisfacción laboral y autoevaluación. |
