Abstract: | In the world of construction there are different types of homes, which seek to provide to low-income families, a new housing opportunity that allows the best quality of life of the inhabitants of Montecristi. This project is justified due to the excellent properties of the structural metal such as its tenacity compared to that of concrete and after large earthquakes events that have occurred in the world that have caused destruction in homes, buildings, loss of human life etc. The objective of the thesis is to achieve a proposal for a housing project for the construction of houses with metal structure with the quality of life of the people who they inhabit it. A place where people can develop both socially and economically. The quantitative method will be applied, since formulas, calculations will be applied statistics to determine the level of feasibility regarding the economic issue financial of the project. |
Description: | El objetivo de la tesis es lograr una propuesta de un proyecto de vivienda para la construcción de casas con estructura metálica con la calidad de vida de las personas que lo habitan. Un lugar donde las personas puedas desarrollarse tanto socialmente como económicamente. |
