Abstract: | The present research work is based on the titration method of entrepreneurship with the theme The creation of a product vacuum packaging company meat and seafood, with the finest cuts on the wholesale and retail market in the blanket sector, is an enterprise where it focuses mainly on the time factor, where this is a fundamental piece for every local business or homemaker. The time factor intervenes in each of our products that are provided with the precise cuts, and whose presentation varies according to the needs of the clients. For business locals we would have a wide range of cuts where they would be handled with great variety according to your needs, whether cuts for restaurants or boats. Once the order is placed According to our client, it would only have to be defrosted and they would save time in other processes, where the cooks would dedicate themselves to another activity in that period of cutting each of the pieces. The extra service or the plus that we offer for being clients with great frequency and purchasing wholesale products, a dialogue could be established where they themselves choose their cuts, where they can innovate and offer new options for their clients, opening a wide variety for new dishes for the imagination of consumers. |
