Abstract

The present investigation was based on the creation of a microenterprise whose activity commercial is the making of unique sports clothing according to different models, for this the description of the project was carried out, the determination of the specific objectives towards where we want to be in 5 years, where it is located, we intend to have a location limited that it would be in the containers of the new tarqui, but all this generates a cost and spent. Therefore, it was carried out through a survey allowing us to verify how It is feasible to open the business in this area because there are already many stores that sell this type of garments, this is where competition or market segmentation occurs, giving as if it is convenient to open this type of company, with the small peculiarity of sell unique models created in the same. Additionally, a financial economic study was carried out which determined that the project, if it is profitable from year to year five, through the acquisition of material, supplies and materials, fixed assets, sales projection, project cash flow, with the purpose of showing it in the real situation of estimation through a State of Financial Situation and Income Statement.
