Abstract: | The present research work is carried out with the objective of diagnosing how the after-sales service is administered in the Apple Store Marketing Company located in the city of Manta, based on the study of the business environment that surrounds the company, in this way an overview will be obtained. clearer of the activities, factors that influence the behavior of the company in the market and in relation to other peer companies, when analyzing the object of investigation through the application of a survey through a structured questionnaire addressed to external clients, as well as an interview with the owner of the company with which it will be possible to determine business strengths and weaknesses. After the results that will be obtained in the investigation, key, proactive strategies that contribute to business improvement can be implemented, such as: the introduction of catalogs, staff training, security programs that will undoubtedly lead the company to establish an efficiency business, thus becoming more competitive, taking into account that there is an increasingly demanding market. Therefore, through the strategies that will be proposed in the investigation, it is sought to solve the problems found in order to position the company in the market. The research will be supported by the levels, methods and types of research, which will be field, bibliographic, explanatory and exploratory. |
Description: | El presente trabajo de investigación se realiza como objetivo de diagnosticar de qué manera se administra el servicio postventa en la Empresa Comercializadora Apple Store ubicada en la ciudad de Manta partiendo del estudio del entorno empresarial que rodea a la empresa, de ésta manera se obtendrá un panorama más claro de las actividades, factores que influyen en el comportamiento de la empresa en el mercado y en relación con las demás empresas pares, al analizar el objeto de investigación mediante la aplicación de una encuesta por medio de un cuestionario estructurado dirigido a los clientes externos, así como una entrevista al propietario de la empresa con él cual se logrará determinar fortalezas y debilidades empresariales. |
