Abstract: | This research work focuses on analyzing whether the performance evaluation process brings benefits to pharmacy assistants, so that it can respond to the main objective and verify how effective is the introduction of this process by companies to their collaborators to measure their competencies and skills given that in the first chapter it has the problem of the subject, where its objectives and hypotheses are projected which justifies and argues the data that give rise to the main topic, on the part of the second chapter an extract of all the research is presented where the antecedents are based on five national authors and five international authors that refer to the objectives set in relation to the evaluation of performance, theoretical bases duly structured in relation to the dependent and independent variables, then in the third chapter the techniques implemented for to the development of the investigation, methods that the author considered feasible to parameterize and have an orientation to results that can provide viability of the proposed topic, its development was based on the total population which consists of 25 people, in addition to the development of the applied methodology and its respective interpretation of data and analysis of the hypotheses raised and finally, in the fourth chapter the conclusions and recommendations were argued, in addition to the proposal that is made for the improvement of the implementation of the performance evaluation in the pharmacy assistants. |
Description: | El presente trabajo de investigación se enfoca en analizar si el proceso de evaluación de desempeño trae consigo beneficios a los auxiliares de farmacia, de tal forma que pueda responder al objetivo principal y verificar que tan efectiva es la introducción de este proceso por parte de las empresas hacia sus colaboradores para medir sus competencias y habilidades dado que en el primer capítulo cuenta con el problema del tema, en donde se proyectan sus objetivos e hipótesis los cuales justifica y se argumenta los datos más que dan origen al tema principal. |
