Recursos turísticos del cantón Jaramijó como oportunidad de reactivación económica, 2022.

Abstract

Jaramijó is a canton in the province of Manabí, which makes it a source of tourism, the general objective of this research is to describe the potential of each of the tourism resources for economic reactivation, which will allow to see beyond tourism as one of the main economic activities that sustains the life of each of the inhabitants that make up the canton. The methodology followed in this research was the observation method, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design and its instrument was the data registration sheet, which the escriptive study allowed analyzing each of the tourism resources included in the Jaramijó canton. The results showed that its resources were in a bad condition, lack of maintenance, contamination, which gives a bad image to the tourist and its inhabitants, being unfit to receive them. Based on these results, 4 improvement plans were projected for Natural Sites, Cultural Manifestations, Folklore and Programmed Events. It was concluded that it is necessary to develop a better tourism through its attractions, enhancing it and to be considered within the tourist map of Manabí, implementing an improvement plan in the Canton, taking advantage of its potentials and the support of the GAD of Jaramijó in order to establish a better sustainable and sustainable tourism.
