Diagnóstico de la reactivación económica en los restaurantes de la playa Santa Marianita post pandemia Covid-19, en el periodo 2022.

Abstract

The present research work was developed under a diagnosis of the economic reactivation process in the restaurants of Santa Marianita beach in the context of the post-Covid-19 pandemic, during the period 2022. For this, a field research work was carried out , surveying the owners of the establishments that provide their food sales services on the Santa Marianita beach, in order to obtain the necessary information to carry out a comparative analysis of their economic situation before, during and after the pandemic. For this project, a quantitative approach and a type of descriptive research were used. The information was collected using the survey technique. Which was applied to the 25 restaurants that currently provide their services on the Santa Marianita beach. In the same way, strategies were proposed to accelerate the process of economic reactivation of the investigated sector. The adverse effects caused by the covid-19 pandemic, in all regions and all areas worldwide, are still present. Our country is no exception, however, from this area the study was relevant, in that the pandemic hit the gastronomic sector hard, causing a decrease in sales for locals, therefore, it is essential to establish improvement strategies to reactivate the economy. of the establishments.
