Abstract: The present work is carried out based on the current situation faced by the inhabitants of Manta in relation to their health and the consumption of food that can affect it, since all of us have a family member or know someone who suffers from the disease, such as diabetes, which, day by day has an increase in the population, that is why I have decided to focus on creating a healthy ice cream parlor not only for people, but also focused on the environment since they will work with ecological materials those that They will help the planet and raise awareness of the less use of plastic. In this project, it is proposed to make one of the first ice cream parlors in the city of Manta- Manabí - Ecuador, to produce a low-sugar ice cream so that it does not harm the health of children, youth, adults and that people can also consume it. diabetics who even many times want to consume this product, but they don't, or maybe they do, but in a bone mistake they acquire something that ends up harming them in the long term. The team that I intend to manage is myself as the entrepreneurial boss and my trusted team, which would be a total of 4 people.
Description: El presente trabajo se realiza en base a la situación actual que enfrentan los habitantes de Manta en relación a su salud y el consumo de alimentos que pueden afectar la misma, ya que todos nosotros tenemos algún familiar o conocemos a alguien que padezca de la enfermedad, tal como la diabetes, la cual, día a día tiene un aumento en la población, por eso he decidido enfocarme en crear una heladería saludable no solo para las personas, sino también enfocada en el medio ambiente ya que se trabajara con materiales ecológicos aquellos que ayudaran al planeta y a concientizar el menos uso del plástico.
