La ética empresarial y su influencia en la responsabilidad social en el personal administrativo de la empresa SEAFMAN C.A.

Abstract

The present work develops the subject of business ethics and its influence on social responsibility in the administrative personnel of the company Seafman C.A., therefore, it is necessary to implement indicators that allow us to make known this new report on business ethics and corporate social responsibility. The field of research focused on business ethics and corporate social responsibility and the object is centered on the administrative staff. The present research is developed as follows: background, theoretical design and methodological design. In the theoretical framework, all about corporate social responsibility and business ethics are applied; as well as guidelines that support the hypotheses in the methodology a quantitative research approach with a correlational scope and a non-experimental-transversal design is shown. In the analysis and interpretation of the results, each question developed to the administrative personnel will be interpreted. The proposal consisting of a business ethics and corporate social responsibility improvement plan for the company Seafman S.A. is established.
