Incidencias de las nuevas tecnologías en el desempeño laboral de los empleados de la empresa FMA.

Abstract

The research will be carried out based on the identification of the problem presented in the company FMA. The research analyzes the impact of new technologies on the work performance of the employees of the company of Mr. Francisco Mosquera Aulestia, whose corporate name is FMA Cía. Ltda. the objective of this research is to demonstrate the degree of relationship that exists between the use of information and communication technologies ICT and its impact on the performance of workers in the company FMA. The research ethodology to be carried out will be through a descriptive method and analysis for subsequent analysis. The survey technique was used taking as a sample 20 workers of the company FMA, it is considered what the workers feel when they do not know or know correctly the use of information systems, and therefore not being able to solve common problems is that they remain stagnant and do not advance. In addition, this is expected to achieve and fulfill the objective of this research, to solve the main problem observed in the research topic and to corroborate whether the hypotheses are true.
