Abstract

Business ventures in Ecuador are of great importance because they generate a positive impact in different dimensions such as in the economic aspect, because it helps move money through the purchase and sale of supplies, raw materials, payment of basic services. In the social aspect, the growth of the company generates jobs, increases the quality of life of a certain geographic sector. In innovation, the ventures create a new added value aimed at satisfying the needs of customers and covering experiences derived from the expectations that arise with the presence of new products and services. The creation of new commercial activities in a certain sector is linked directly and indirectly with other economic sectors, this generates that the Gross Domestic Product registers increases in internal consumption, the sale of products and the provision of services. It should be noted that micro-enterprises represent the majority of Ecuador's productive force, which is why it is necessary to carry out studies for the creation of new ventures. Entrepreneurship is of vital importance for the development of nations, however, the creation of these is done empirically, this means that most new businesses go bankrupt within a few months or years of opening, because they do not They have the appropriate study on customer preferences, suppliers, process structure, list of materials, financial analysis and other studies necessary to ensure proper operation and permanence in the market. In order to create an efficient and profitable business model, it is necessary to look for tools that help establish optimal planning. Against this, the Canvas Model is presented, which has nine specific elements that must be carried out to guarantee the proper functioning of new companies.
