Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa dedicada a la industrialización de manjar de leche a ubicarse en el cantón Manta.

Abstract

This research determines the feasibility for the creation of a company dedicated to the industrialization of manjar de leche in the canton of Manta, it was established as a vision "To be the company recognized in the regional market as the leading company in the production of manjar de leche", as well as the business values that the company will have, an internal and external analysis of the project was also conducted. The target population for the project was determined to be people between 15 and 64 years of age, and once the population was selected, a survey was conducted among 383 people obtained by the sampling method, where it was found that there is an unsatisfied demand in the market for the manjar products available in the market. Subsequently, the potential demand for the product to be offered by the company was obtained, which is equivalent to 287,948 units of 250gr per year, and an analysis of the Marketing Mix variables and Porter's 5 forces was also carried out. A technical study was carried out where the location of the company was established, as well as the distribution of the work area and the process diagram that will have to be fulfilled to obtain the milk caramel. Each of the machinery, equipment, furniture and materials necessary to start the production activity were also listed. The structural and functional organization chart of the company was also structured, and the profile that each of the people selected to occupy the positions will have to meet was determined.
