Abstract

The purpose of this research project was to analyze how the inventory management of the MASYUBER commercial influences decision making with the objective of developing a procedure for correct inventory management and thus be able to improve efficiency, reduce costs and eliminate risks for make good decisions. To carry out this research, methods and techniques were used that allowed collecting data and analyzing the real inventory situation in the store. In the same way, the descriptive, documentary and field methodology was also applied, which provided necessary and timely The purpose of this research project was to analyze how the inventory management of the MASYUBER commercial influences decision making with the objective of developing a procedure for correct inventory management and thus be able to improve efficiency, reduce costs and eliminate risks for make good decisions. In the same way, the descriptive, documentary and field methodology was also applied, which provided necessary and timely information to be able to recommend and improve the correct management of the inventory. Likewise, the research technique was applied for the interview and the COSO Ill internal control checklist to have more information about the salesperson, analyze the management of their inventories and know the level of risk by not carrying out the correct management. Through the research and based on the results, a procedures manual was developed for the correct management of the inventory in relation to the Masyuber commercial located in Manta, it will be an essential tool for the management of the commercial, which will help internal control is more organized and when implemented it is a guide for inventory management, improving efficiency and transparency in the process.
