Abstract: The internal parasitosis that affects cattle in production can be considered as an important limitation in the systems developed under grazing conditions, which affects productive health, significantly impacting the final profitability of the production system. That is why the research had the objective of determining the gastrointestinal endoparasites prevalence with the coprological analysis in bovines of the Canton El Carmen 2021. The flotation techniques or Willis technique, allowed the separation of different infective states of parasites. It was obtained that the total prevalence of animals with pictures of gastrointestinal parasitosis was 10.75% for the entire El Carmen canton. The parasites found are grouped into three classes: protozoa, nematodes and trematodes, the first have the highest prevalence with 6.25% followed by nematodes with 3.75%. Protozoa of the genus Coccidia were determined with a prevalence of 6.25%, in the case of nematodes the highest incidence was Cooperia sp. and Trichostrongylus sp., both with 1.0% and Trematodes of the genus Paramphistomum sp. were found with a prevalence of 0.75%.
