Abstract: The objective of this study was to determine the bromatological quality of hydroponic green forage of wheat (Triticum aestivum) using three levels of fertilization. A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a factorial arrangement A × B was employed, where A corresponds to different types of fertilizer and B to the doses, resulting in 6 treatments with 4 repetitions each. Data were analyzed using R software (version 4.3.2, 2022). The treatments were: T1 (Amino Tech 50% 0.20 ml/m²), T2 (Amino Tech 75% 0.30 ml/m²), T3 (Amino Tech 100% 0.40 ml/m²), T4 (AlgaFert 50% 0.10 ml/m²), T5 (AlgaFert 75% 0.15 ml/m²), T6 (AlgaFert 100% 0.20 ml/m²), and T7 (Control 0% 0 ml/m²). The treatment with Algafert Eco at a dose of 0.2 ml/m² presented the most favorable results, reaching a dry matter content of 21.25% and a forage yield of 9.39 kg/m². In the bromatological analysis, Algafert showed the best results: 24.32% protein at a dose of 1 ml/m², 3.79% ether extract at a dose of 1.5 ml/m², and 62.44% energy content at a dose of 1 ml/m². Aminotech, at a dose of 0.20 ml/m², reported an ash content of 3.73%, and at a dose of 0.40 ml/m², showed the highest fiber concentration with 12.65%. These results suggest that, regardless of the applied dose, the contents of protein, ether extract, energy, ash, and fiber vary according to the type of biofertilizer used.
