Abstract: | The development of new technologies that will benefit the multiplication and initial and initial development of barraganete banana plants has become a primary need for the and establishment of new crops in the region. region. For this reason, the objective of the research was to evaluate the use of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) in the nursery stage of Musa AAB (plantain). The research was conducted in El Carmen, province of Manabí, using three doses of AMF (100%, 75% and 50%). The two substrates were The two substrates were composed of balsa chips and mountain soil; degree of symbiosis, vegetative growth, benefits of the symbiotic association. Statistical analysis statistical analysis showed significant differences between the treatments. treatment showed better responses in the degree of symbiosis, vegetative growth, and benefits of the vegetative growth, benefits of the symbiotic association, thus demonstrating that the implementation of AMF in the viability of AMF at the nursery stage of Musa AAB can be an effective technique to improve seedling to improve seedling quality, development and resistance, thus contributing to a more sustainable and productive agriculture. |
