Abstract: | Human talent management is a fundamental process in any organization, which encompasses the attraction, development, motivation and retention of employees to ensure their effective contribution to business objectives. It is not just about filling vacancies, but about selecting individuals who, in addition to possessing the necessary skills, share the values and culture of the organization. This process begins with a clear understanding of the profiles and responsibilities of the positions, which allows the search to be focused on candidates who truly meet the company's needs. In the Radio Horizontes 94.9 company, there is currently no formalized method for personnel selection. However, having a well-structured recruitment process is vital to ensuring that the company attracts and retains the best talent available. This process must consider both internal and external sources of candidate recruitment. With the aim of improving the efficiency and profitability of the radio, the design of a personnel selection guide has been proposed. This guide includes the development of specific policies, clear procedures and a detailed flowchart that ensures adequate selection aligned with the organization's objectives. With this, we seek to professionalize the process and guarantee a good selection of personnel that contributes to the sustainable growth of Radio Horizontes 94.9. |

No se trata solo de cubrir vacantes, sino de seleccionar a individuos que, además de poseer las habilidades necesarias, compartan los valores y la cultura de la organización.
