Abstract

The objective of this research is to develop a comprehensive guide for the selection, hiring and training of staff at the Renal Centro Clinic in the canton El Carmen, period 2023. A current problem is identified, since the clinic lacks a structured process that clearly defines selection criteria, It does not have an efficient organization in training, and it lacks a Consistent feedback in your human talent management. The methods of research used, such as the inductive, deductive and descriptive method, along with information collection techniques such as interviews and control questionnaires internally, they allow us to identify areas for improvement in the management of clinic personnel. The diagnosis reveals the prevailing need to design a guide for the selection, hiring and training of staff at the Renal Centro Clinic, in the canton of El Carmen, during the period 2023, in order to significantly improve effectiveness in human talent management and supporting strategic decision making in the field human resources.
