Abstract: Inventory control is an essential component for operational efficiency and competitiveness in any organization. Over the years, inventory management has evolved from manual methods to digitized systems that offer real-time data, enabling better decision making. This research focuses on the company Kanina Jr., which faces significant challenges in its inventory control. Through a detailed analysis of current practices and the identification of deficiencies, this thesis seeks to propose improvement strategies that optimize inventory management and, consequently, improve the company's ability to make informed and strategic decisions. Using a mixed methodological approach, which includes interviews with the General Manager and questionnaires with the secretary, relevant data will be collected to obtain a comprehensive view of the situation. The study not only highlights the importance of inventory control in business history, but also demonstrates its critical impact on contemporary decision making.
