Abstract

Digitalization in the banking sector opens up a whole world full of possibilities both for the entities themselves and for consumers. This research was carried out with the purpose of creating an educational guide for improve the use of ICTs to the members of the “La Benéfica Savings and Credit Cooperative” the matrix located in El Carmen. The objective of this guide is to inform members useful technological tools that will help them when carrying out any activity within the digital platforms that La Cooperativa already has. The purpose of this guide is to improve the user experience by providing management information of existing managers in the company through their devices electronic so that it is easier for them to carry out their transactions directly and do not have to than directing the cooperative in person. For this project, inductive and deductive methods were used, which allowed us They served to observe in a general and specific way the areas that we are going to deal with, also, We used interview and questionnaire techniques that allowed us to conclude that the partners of The Cooperative lacks the knowledge that the different platforms it provides.
