Abstract

An action plan is crucial to guide complex processes, such as merger by absorption in transport cooperatives, as it helps improve operational efficiency and sustainability, thus, the objective of this research is to design an Action Plan effective for the period 2024 that ensures the success of the merger, addressing deficiencies identified criticisms. Using methods such as historical and theoretical analysis, as well as diagnosis through interviews and surveys, it was possible to obtain a vision of the challenges faced, in this way the results revealed the lack of external advice and limitations financial problems as main problems, therefore the implementation of a plan is recommended detailed action plan and specific guidance which will address these critical areas, as well as improve coordination and organizational cohesion; ultimately, this approach will strengthen the management of the merged cooperative, ensuring its sustainable growth and allowing face future challenges with greater resilience and efficiency.
