Abstract: | This research carries out a study on how attraction strategies affect the retention of human talent in fishing companies in the Jaramijó canton, with the general objective of “Identify which are the most effective strategies to attract and retain human talent in companies.” “fisheries of the Jaramijó canton.” Maintaining a quantitative approach. For the measurement of the independent variable; Attraction measures 3 dimensions which are; business management, leadership and attraction strategies, while in the human talent retention variable it measures 6 dimensions, which are: Satisfaction, monetary and non-monetary incentive package, learning curve, organizational climate, human talent retention strategies and social responsibility with workers as a tool, a questionnaire with the Likert scale was used, which is made up of 13 items between both variables, they were carried out digitally through the Google Forms platform that provided the ease of preparing and sending the surveys. , to obtain information on in a simple and timely manner to collaborators of the 7 fishing companies surveyed in the Jaramijó Canton. |
