Abstract: | E-commerce plays a fundamental role in the competitiveness of fast-food businesses. Its correct implementation allows you to improve processes, optimize the customer experience and expand the market reach, key aspects to stand out in a competitive environment. The general objective of this study was to determine the impact of electronic commerce on the competitiveness of fast-food businesses in the sector Flavio Reyes, Manta, 2024. The methodology used was descriptive and analytical, with a quantitative approach of correlational scope, under a cross-sectional non-experimental design. The population included 150 fast food business owners, who were surveyed to collect relevant information. The results revealed a very high positive correlation between electronic commerce and business competitiveness, highlighting the dimensions of supply, processing, innovation and technology as key areas for improvement. It was concluded that electronic commerce has a significant impact on competitiveness, evidencing the need to strengthen its adoption through innovative strategies that promote the growth and sustainability of these businesses. |
