Abstract

Manta is a coastal city that attracts national and foreign tourists thanks to its beautiful beaches, gastronomy and nightlife, therefore, this entrepreneurial work arises to satisfy part of that demand that the city has. In the present work, a quantitative investigation was carried out, which is based on some theoretical bases so it has bibliographic citations as reference, a survey was used to collect data which has 8 questions to be able to further analyze whether this project will be viable, the segmentation of clients is people between 18 to 55 years old, giving a total of 119,564 inhabitants within the city of Manta in the year 2023, giving a sample of 270 people who we survey. Likewise, marketing strategies were proposed to publicize our product, through publications on our social networks. This project has an investment cost of $15,739.27. The results that we obtained in chapter 7 of financial analysis give us the confidence that this project will be profitable, with a positive NPV of $18,290.56 and an IRR of 55%, which exceeds the opportunity cost of 18.36%.
