Abstract: | Member satisfaction refers to the extent to which members' trust and needs are met by the appropriate services and benefits provided by a cooperative. Bringing together these benefits is essential to attracting and retaining members, driving a sense of community and belonging. These can also improve the quality of life of members and contribute to the socioeconomic development of a community. The purpose is to analyze whether the benefits influence the satisfaction of the members of the artisanal fishing cooperative “20 de September”. To carry out this research, a mixed descriptive-correlational approach was adopted, using quantitative and qualitative methods. The collection of information was carried out through the survey technique, using a questionnaire composed of 17 questions distributed in 6 dimensions. Likewise, the Likert scale instrument was implemented. This instrument was applied to a total sample of 60 members of the cooperative, with the purpose of obtaining relevant perceptions and data on the relationship between satisfaction and benefit in this specific context. As a result of the reliability analysis, Cronbach's alpha was 0.948. Finally, it is concluded that, in the long term, the integration of this delegation will not only strengthen trust and collaboration between partners, but will also facilitate a more participatory management, free of constructive feedback, which will drive the growth and sustainability of the organization. cooperative. |

Reunir estos beneficios es fundamental para atraer y retener a los socios, en impulsar un sentido de comunidad y pertenecía. Estos también pueden mejorar la calidad de vida de los socios y colaborar al desarrollo socioeconómico de una comunidad. |
