Abstract: | The objective of this research work is to design a strategic plan for the Artisanal Fisheries Production Cooperative of the San Mateo parish, 2023. The implemented methodology of the research is of a quantitative nature, descriptive scope and non-experimental design where for data collection a total of 65 partners were obtained as a sample to which a questionnaire consisting of 20 items was applied, which sought to identify the internal and external factors of the artisanal fishing cooperative, from this analysis the main results of the proposal were obtained, designing the strategic plan is highly efficient and effective for high organizational growth and above all actions for change and sustainability, also the importance of the strategic plan for continuous improvement involving high performance in administrative workers was evidenced, key partners, promoting attitudes, aptitudes, motivation, commitment and above all directing highly competitive and changing actions. Among the main results found in the diagnostic process were; the lack of communication between partners and inefficient technology is why a strategic plan will be implemented to create defined objectives. |
Description: | El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como objetivo diseñar un plan estratégico para la Cooperativa de Producción Pesquera Artesanal de la parroquia San Mateo, 2023. La metodología implementada de la investigación es de carácter cuantitativo, alcance descriptivo y diseño no experimental donde para la recolección de datos se obtuvo como muestra un total de 65 socios a los cuales se les aplico un cuestionario conformado por 20 ítems, el cual se buscó identificar los factores interno y externo de la cooperativa pesquera artesanal. |
