Abstract: | Human talent management is key to align organizational culture with strategic objectives in order to promote sustainable business development. The present study aimed to analyze the way in which human talent management is managed within the organization and its impact on organizational culture, and in turn how it can affect the company's performance. A mixed approach was used with a descriptive design, applying surveys to an intentional sample of 16 workers. The data obtained were processed using SPSS software and the responses were measured using a Likert scale. The results showed that 81.25% of workers have a positive perception of training programs; regarding social benefits, 93.75% expressed satisfaction; likewise, the majority of respondents rated the monthly remuneration as optimal; it was identified that most collaborators consider it necessary to work overtime to fulfill their activities, as well as there is a need for more workers, indicating a possible work overload; in terms of work modeling, 87.5% valued feedback, but areas for improvement in its implementation were identified. It was possible to analyze that adequate management of human talent fosters a solid organizational culture, reflected in job satisfaction and employee commitment. However, it was recommended to optimize the distribution of tasks and improve feedback to strengthen the work environment. |
