Creación de un Centro de Cuidado Infantil en la ciudad de Manta.

Abstract

Analyzed the feasibility of creating an innovative and safe childcare center in the city of Manta Ecuador. The main objective of the research was to determine the feasibility of establishing a center that offered high-quality childcare services, that responded to the needs of the population and was differentiated by its focus on safety, technology and flexibility. The methodology used included an environmental analysis using Porter's 5 forces, a PESTEL analysis (political, economic, social, technological, ecological and legal), a survey of parents in Manta to determine their needs and expectations. The results obtained reveal a high demand for child care services, especially from working parents looking for safe, flexible options that integrate real-time monitoring technology. Low satisfaction with the current offer was evident, which reinforced the market opportunity for its center with differentiating characteristics. It was concluded that the creation of the child care center is viable, both from a technical and financial point of view. The project offers a solid value proposition, with a focus on security, flexible hours, academic support and recreational activities. The financial analysis projected an attractive profitability, with a positive NPV and an IRR higher than the discount rate. It was determined that the center has the potential to generate a positive impact on the community, by offering a quality service that promotes the safety of children and provides peace of mind to parents.
